In my time in the foodservice industry, I have worked as a chef, kitchen manager, catering assistant, quantity foods prep cook, kitchen supervisor, cooking instructor and nutrition educator.
Originally from New York, my husband and I currently live in Nashville, Tennessee. I love trying new restaurants, gardening, hiking, and spending time with our Great Dane, Nova.
